Rox

This is my wonderful dog rox! He is the best dog ever, he does get on my nerves, but I really do love him. He was a present to me from Big Jonathan, he got him for me when we had only been dating for a couple months, it was wonderful. So we have had him almost 7 years. He is the most loving dog ever, plus he is so protective of me and the rest of the family. Him and my niece grew up together, which is great b/c now they are best friends, its the cutest thing ever. He could care less about little Jonathan, he will run and check on him if he is crying but he doesn't pay much attention to him, and little J loves him a lot!! I guess rox might be a little jealous, he was an inside dog, but one summer night while I was pregnant, he got sprayed by a skunk, and he sure did smell bad...so he had to stay out side and then he just liked to stay out there better, but then when the baby came along he wanted back inside...so we have a back room off to the house that he stays in. I guess he just doesn't think its fair that the baby gets to stay inside and he doesn't. Rox came from a tiny appt in Philadelphia and I'm so glad he got to come and be a part of our life in WV, he loves to run free all over the farm, play with wood, not toys but big chunks of wood, and of course he loves to swim in the river!!
This is where we spend most of our time in the summer!! We love the river and going camping. We always go khaking (i know I spelled that wrong) and also have a wonderful canoe we take with us. Its going to be so much fun for little J to go with us this year, I'm sure he will love it!! I just hope that we get enough rain to keep it high enough for us to be able to enjoy it. I'm so excited, I can not wait!!!!
